Write or Edit For Us

Are you a talented writer who loves reading fantasy novels? Are you interested in writing for The Ranting Dragon? Or perhaps you are the kind of person who’s bothered by any errors you see in published material. Do you itch to correct mistakes you see? Perhaps you’d be interested in editing our content.

We are always looking for talented individuals to write news or reviews for us, or edit the things we write. While writing or editing for us in any capacity is strictly voluntary, there are some perks that come with the job. From time to time, we receive Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs) of soon-to-be released fantasy novels which are distributed amongst our writing team. As well, by writing or editing for us, you will be joining a team of highly motivated, exciting individuals committed to creating the best fantasy website of all time. Of course, your writing or editing will also be exposed to the 20,000 people who visit our website each month.

As fans of the genre, we love other book bloggers. If you have your own blog, you can still write or edit for us. You would be welcome to share your blog in your Ranting Dragon bio, and to post previews of your works for The Ranting Dragon on your blog.

For review submissions, see our reviewing guidelines. We also accept any other submission, including blog articles, interviews, opinion articles, etc. If you think you have what it takes, send an email to info@rantingdragon.com with a sample work of your choice, or fill out the contact form below. In the email, please include a little bit about yourself and why you would like to write for us. If you are applying for the position of editor, a sample is not necessary; just send an email expressing interest. We will get back to you within three days.
